The Four Clans xx

Many moons ago, three clans formed within these lands; Beachclan, the smooth talking; Willowclan, the swift; and Graveclan, the silent. They were granted these lands by Nightclan after a terrifying journey. The leaders of these clans were Sand, of Beachclan, a sandy tom, brave and loyal, Bark, a brown she-cat from Willowclan, smart and valiant, and Church, a steely grey tom of Graveclan, cunning and silent. The three clans lived in peace for many moons, until each leader had kits. Bark's kit was Willow, a brown pelted tom with green eyes; Church's daughter was Organa, a beautiful golden she-cat with amazing amber eyes; and Sand's son was Wave, a dusty coloured tom with blue eyes. The territories were crossed then, and the three kits would play with each other day in, and day out. However, Sand had another son, an unamed son, for he was illegitamate, from another mate when they were travelling. This tom, known as Tide, grew envious of the three kits, and he used to walk away from them up to where the Four Stars were, and he discovered, under the rocky outcrop, four crystals, green, yellow, white and red in colour. He looked at them intently every day until he and the other kits were 12 moons. He hoarded them, and Organa, Willow and Wave found him, and fought him to stop him taking away Nightclan's crystals. Tide nearly killed his half brother Wave, but the three cats fought Tide bravely, and he ran from the crystals, which crashed to the ground with an almighty smash. The three took the crystals to the leaders, saying it was a cat who called himself Tide that destroyed the crystals. However, in destroying the crystals, Tide had destroyed the harmony within the clans. They began to fight more often, and then came the system of naming leaders with 'star' on the end of their name. At this time, Organa, Willow and Wave were leading their clans, and became Organastar, Willowstar and Wavestar. Many many moons later, several cats who had still been friendly after all the fights plsit off, forming a new clan, Brickclan. This was the moment Nightclan had been waiting for. But, the time was not yet right, and they needed four apprentices, one from each clan, to fufill the prophecy and return the crystals to their former state.
